A little over a week ago I participated my first ever styled shoot. Sure I had done a few shoots in the past that I put together that were “styled” in the sense that we put a vision into motion, but nothing like this!

It was awesome to work collaboratively with other professionals to create something together. Victoria from Pollen In Love put this shoot together and coordinated all of the details and styling for it. She absolutely killed this winter wedding themed shoot at Silvara Winery just on the outskirts of Leavenworth Washington.

What a stunning spot amiright?!? I love working in the snow, it’s just so beautiful and different than what we usually get to work with here in Washington. The one thing about shooting in the snow is it is BRIGHT AF when the sun is out lol.

We were lucky with a totally beautiful and almost warm feeling day, but that also meant total direct sunlight. Which can be challenging but also creates some unique opportunities to work around and use the light to your advantage =)
