This fall I met up with Crystal and Kendrick in Seattle for some awesome engagement photos on a beautiful but COLD day! We met up first at a brand new park on Portage Bay near the University of Washington called Fitz Hedges Waterway park. I had actually never heard of it, but Crystal found it and suggested it, and it was a super cool little park right on the water. It was pretty windy though, so we only stayed for a bit to catch some sunset vibes before heading over to Seattle Center for some night photos! Have I mentioned that night engagement photos are some of my FAVORITES!?
Once at Seattle Center we found parking in the lot near the MoPop museum and old Memorial Stadium which is awesome for close access to Seattle Center without a ton of walking! Plus it’s conveniently located right next to the Grass Blades sculpture, the stairs on the backside of the MoPop and of course the cool and colorful walls of the MoPop as well.
And of course, no trip to Seattle Center for any session, but especially an engagement session would be complete without some rad night photos beneath the Space Needle! I love that spot on the stairs at night! Super congrats to Crystal and Kendrick on your engagement, and I can’t wait to start planning your wedding photos once these crazy Covid times are over with.
I have way too many favorites from this engagement session! The way you use light at night is amazing.
